ABSTRACT:
व्यावसायिक संगठनों द्वारा कम्पनी अधिनियम 2013 के अनुसार अपने लाभ (निर्धारित मापदंड के अनुसार) का एक निश्चित प्रतिशत सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्व के निर्वहन में व्यय किया जाता है। जिसे ब्ैत् प्रक्रियाएं ध् प्रथाएं कहते है। इन सीएसआर कार्यों की वास्तविकता एवं उपयोगिता की जांच इस शोध पत्र में करने का प्रयास किया गया है। इस हेतु भारत सरकार के एक उपक्रम भ्च्ब्स्(हिंदुस्तान पेट्रोलियम कार्पोरेशन लिमिटेड ) को ब्ैत् कार्यों की उपयोगिता मापने हेतु चयन किया गया है प्रस्तुत शोध में मंदिर हसौद संकुल स्थित 10 सरकारी शालाओं में ब्ैत् के तहत किये गये कार्यों का अध्ययन एवं विश्लेषण करके , इसके सकारात्मक प्रभाव का अध्ययन किया गया है। इस हेतु स्वनिर्मित प्रश्नावली द्वारा सर्वेक्षण करके , प्राथमिक समंको का सकलन , सारणीयन एवं विश्लेषण किया गया है।
